Sportsmen
for Charity (SFC) was started in 2002 by five members
of the New York area real estate and construction
industry who decided to host a unique event: a day
of sporting clay shooting to raise money for one
of their favorite charities.
Their idea was an immediate success. People were drawn to the
combination of the great outdoors, a little friendly competition,
camaraderie with fellow business professionals and helping less
fortunate children.
More importantly, the event raised significantly more money for
the charity than the founding five expected, inspiring them to
turn their simple idea into a full-time fundraising effort.
We invite you to search our website to find out more about SFC
and how you can become involved. We promise it will be an experience
you and your friends will never forget.
